My Profile

1. What is "My Profile"?

My Profile is where you can verify and edit all the information pertaining to your Group messaging Service membership. You can edit your password, mobile number and all personal information you have submitted during your registration.

2. How do I change my registered phone number?

You can edit your phone number from “ My Account” page, but changing the phone number is critical issue since all sent messages, created groups, group numbers are all recognized by this number.

3. How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  • Go to “My Account” page on our website, and click on "Update”.
  • Enter your login information for verification.
  • Enter your old password, and your new password twice to confirm the change.
  • Click on the "Update" button to save the changes.

1. What is "My Account"?

Your Account is where you can check your billing information and get a record of  all sent messages.

2. How is the account calculated?

Cost of a group messaging is calculated based on the numbers of that group. For example if you send a message to your group of friends containing '10' members and if the cost of a single SMS message is '10.2 SR' then the cost of the group message will be 10 X 0.2=2 SR.
